Welcome to GOWN. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you do not use our website.

GOWN is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To place an order, creating an account may be required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify GOWN immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All products offered by GOWN are imported on a pre-order basis from authorized retailers in the USA. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable down payment. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after ordering, you will be offered a replacement product of your choice or store credit for the deposit.

Payment can be made through Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or via credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard) on our secure online payment gateway. All online transactions are processed securely with encryption. Any remaining balance must be paid upon delivery. Failure to complete the remaining balance may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business weeks from order confirmation. Shipping timelines may be affected by customs procedures, courier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Domestic shipping fees within Egypt vary depending on the delivery location and are not included in the product price. These fees will be collected at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

All sales are final due to the pre-order nature of our service. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items. Claims for such items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with the order number and supporting photos or videos. After verification, a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit, may be offered. Minor variations in color due to screen display are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, and size charts and guidance are provided to assist with selection. All products are guaranteed to be authentic and sourced from verified U.S. retailers.
