Exchanges
Exchanges are available for Immediate Delivery products only.
For special-order items, exchanges can only be made for products available in our Immediate Delivery collection.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Accessories
Exchange Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
- Select a replacement item from our Immediate Delivery collection.
- Once the original item is received and passes inspection, your replacement will be shipped.
Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos or videos. Our team will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
